Vauhtiveikko on hienon hedelmäinen, suodattamaton vaalea vehnäolut, joka sopii kovankin janon sammuttamiseen. Vauhtiveikko on käytetty aidolla vehnäoluelle sopivalla pintahiivalla, mikä antaa tuotteelle täyteläisen hedelmäisen aromin. Käytetyistä maltaista vähintään puolet on vehnämallasta. Maussa on aistittavissa banaania ja neilikkaa. Kevyt katkerohumalointi jättää tilaa hedelmäiselle aromille.

Draft @ SBWF 2010. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish wheat malty banana aroma. Sweetish wheat malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a sweetish wheat malty spicy banana finish.

250ml draught at the brewpub in Helsinki. Hazy, yellow in the glass, virtually no head. Smell of dry, wheaty fruits. Taste has got banana hints together with sweet citric fruits and wheat. Soft on the swallow (Helsinki, 03.02.2011).

Draught @ SOPP Lahti Festival 2010.Hazy medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100701]

(Draught at Teerenpeli Kamppi) Poured orange and cloudy. Head was medium sized and white. Aroma was fruity and citric. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, harshness, sweetness, mildly satliness, hops and bittenress. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter.

On tap at Teerenpeli, Helsinki in July 2010. Hazy orange with a small white head. Typical wheat beer, spices, citrus, banana and yeast. Quite nice and very refreshing in the summer heat.

Draught (Teerenpeli, Helsinki) - Hazy gold/amber with a white head. Banana and lemon meringue feature in the aroma. Tangy taste with banana, yeast and lemon. Fairly refreshing.

Draught at Teerenpeli Kamppi. Poured a murky yellow body with a persistent white head. Nice sweet fruity nose, maybe some glue and lightlemon. Light bready taste turning to bubblegum near the finish backed by a light hoppy bitterness. Some dust and carbonation bite as well but far from annoying. Not too shabby and I like it. Thought it was more like a Wit though.

Draught @Teerenpeli, Helsinki. Pours golden color, with a medium size head. Banana aroma, Malt and wheat, more banana flavor. Could not recognize any yeast though in aroma or flavor. Quite high carbonation, little dry in the finish. Not as good as german weizen, but still a good beer.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Golden colour, small head. Mushy paper and banana aroma. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Cloves and lingonberries. Straightforward flavour profile, the mushy mouthfeel reduces the drinkability.
