Pours black, no real head. Smell is roasty, very mild booze. Taste is full, roasty, bit too boozy, coconut, but not much vanilla.

Sample from bottle @ tasting formerly know as RBBWG 2019. F: thin, tanned, quick gone. C: black, opaque. A: dark malts, dark fruits, caramel, dark bread crust, cocoa, vinous touch. T: rich dark malty, cocoa, coconut, chocolate, dark dried fruits, full body and low to medium carbonation, very good balanced, great one, fully enjoyed.

23 February 2019. (Tasting formerly known as) RBBWG. Cheers to all, thanks Kraddel for the hospitality! Cloudy black with a lasting, thin, frothy, dark beige head; little lacing. Strong aroma of custard, vanilla, burnt candi sugar, biscuit & coco flakes ('Rachel' cookies), Bounty, milk chocolate, creamy mocha, raisin, fig, chocolate mousse, faint licorice. Taste is medium to heavy malty sweet, pure chocolate & coconut wrapped into one, Bounty & LU-made Rachel cookies all over on top of a vague dried fruitiness; balanced by a medium roasted bitterness with creamy mocha, toast, fondant. Dryish, earthy, bit peppery hoppy finish, more fondant, coconut & custard, and a subtle dash of warming whisky alcohol. Full body, oily texture, soft to fizzy carbonation. Amazing stuff, pure coconut character yet subtly balanced. Surely one of my favourites of today.

Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: alcohol, roasted malts, grains, overripe banana, bit spicy, some toasted coconut. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: some cinnamon, lots of coconut, caramel, alcohol, dark chocolate.
