Vintage 2018. Many thanks for the bottle to Tim. Happy Easter 2026. Gueuze on Dinner Paring with Belgian fries and chcken. Coz w miare mlode, ale i tak kwasne, mina mamy przy objedzie bezcenna, skrzywienie i wnet obrzydzenie. Ach co ten cukier przez pokolenia ludziom w glowach porobil. Fajne choc nie wybitne jak stara wersja Belle Vue z 1999, no ale fajnie sie sporzywalo swiateczny objad. Plus spora piana, wieksza niz w wersji retro.

750ml bottle, 2018 vintage. It pours clear straw yellow with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is zingy, tangy, cheap white wine, gooseberry, lemon - lime, sherbet, fizzy cola bottles, dry oak, funk, and damp barnyard. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, puckering, some bracing acidity upfront, white wine vinegar, cheap white wine, fizzy cola bottles, tangfastics, sherbet, lemon - lime, gooseberry, dry oak and some funk with a dry, fairly short finish. Medium body and fine, fizzy carbonation. Not sure why some people hate on this so much, maybe the acidity? Pretty decent, but obviously not quite the old version.

30 cl bottle as 'Belle-Vue Selection Lambic Gueuze 2019', poured into a Flute. Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a thin white head. Tart fruity aroma with lemons, vinegar, green apples and wooden notes. Taste is sour. Fine, not a complex Gueuze.

Gyllengul med grådaskiga inslag, snudd på obefintlig skumslöja. Vinäger och lite säd dominerar aromen. Maltbas möter en balanserad syra. Obefintlig beska. Behaglig munkänsla.

5.8%+rohelise silt. Väidetavalt sisaldab apelsinikoort ja koriandrit (WTF) ehk siis ei ole traditsiooniline gööze. Muidu maitses ja lõhnas on nii funki kui äädikat, nisu ja tsitrust. Ameerica stiilis metsiku õllena võttes pole ju paha, aga lambic ei ole.

330ml bottle in Beery Christmas Advent Calendar, Day 8 - Dark blond body, no head. Pretty sour nose, earthy crab apples and a bit woody. Taste is sour apples and pears, sharp lip-smacking all the way through.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een dun wit schuim welke snel weg ebt. Het heeft een zurige licht fruitige geur. De smaak is zuur, scherp en wrang.

Bottle from the Beer Hawk Advent Calendar. Pours clear golden with no head. Aromas of sour apple, sharp lemon, funk. Taste is sherbet, white wine, lemon, oak. Sour finish.
