Bottle courtesy of Sudes. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il caffè. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone castagno ha una buona tenuta. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, biscotto, caffè, liquirizia, agrumi ed erbe aromatiche.

Can@Pbf XIV. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is chocolate, mild toasted tones with some earth. Flavour is rye, chocolate and some herbs. A bit wood too.

--Canned at PBF XIV. -- Dark brown, small head. Aroma of came sugar, licorice. Sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Salmiak, cane sugar and treacle. Long bitter finish.

Can 330ml (Super U, Grand Baie). Opaque colour and beige head. Toasted a bit ashy-metallic vibe in the nose. Light-bodied. Activation. Some roast, coffee, caramalt in the flavour but overall very light 7.5% beer.

Frothy lightbrown fair mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Coffee and caramel notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle at tasting with buddies Gurthnar, Cuso and Wendigo. F: big, tanned, average retention. C: black hazy, opaque. A: dark malts, roasted tones, coffee, bit fruity sour, dark chocolate, dark caramel. T: rich dark malty backbone, bit coffee sourness, caramel, dark chocolate, medium body with light oily mouthfeel, decent nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, good, enjoyed.

Bottle at a tasting with buddies Cuso, Rubin77, Wendigo. Rather fruity, with a bit of roasty astringency. But the roast itself is rather restrained, overall not my favourite piece of Guinness. Drinkable, but average.
