Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Light haze on this deep red beer, tidy pink head. Palate is light and fairly dry with a good fine crispness. Mildly tart blueberry with lesser blackberry and cherry. Light vanilla oak keeps things very approachable. Light finish. Hides the abv incredibly well. My kind of sour.

At BBF, cloudy deepish Red color, aroma of cherries, nectarine, sea water, fruit drops and a hint of funk, flavor is a fruity melange of berries, peach, nectarine, apricots and citrus, with pungent yeast notes, light But noticable sourness. Very complex and really Really good.
