This beer is a blend of a Berliner Weiße and a US style Pale Ale. Slightly sour and much tropical fruit flavour and aroma because of the mango and Citra, and Amarillo dry hops.

From tap at Oedipus Taproom. The name seems to suggest sexual ambiguity - or liberty if you like - as is the case with several other beer names from this brewery. Sour ale with mango, carrying an off-white, cobweb-lacing, irregular, stable head and hazy straw blonde robe with peachy hue. Aroma of fresh mango flesh, lime juice, sour milk, sweet pineapple, moldy lemons, dust, melon, grape peel, sweat. Lively fruity onset, lime, passion fruit and unripe green plum impressions, medium carbo, soft but effective sourness throughout with gently and very refreshingly drying effect, light green olive-like umami touch, lactic tartness on top of a juicy, softly bready and wheaty backbone, very fruity till the end with growing mango intensity towards the finish along with lime-like, soft and aromatic sourness, a citrusy hop bitter touch and eventually a somewhat dusty yeast effect. Bit rural and bit exotic at the same time, paradoxical as that may sound, but by all means a delicious, refreshing and very well-made sour.
