Melba pours a light gold in colour and it's peachy character is complemented beautifully by the use of highly aromatic US hops.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a small creamy head. Its aroma is the same as peach melba yoghurt. Its taste is not quite as pronounced, but it’s still recognisably peach in flavour.

Pale, clear gold with a thin white head. Definite peach aroma but not overpowering or sickly sweet. Some sweetness but lacking flavour. Not a great IPA.

(Cask at Craft Beer Co Islington, London, 24 Apr 2015) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with peaches, sweet malt and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with notes of peaches, soft malt, citrus and a balanced bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain malt sweetness. Tasty and well balanced, with a sweet peach character. Quite nice.

Cask. Hallamshire House, Sheffield. Clear, straw colour. Dense, lasting, white head. Sweet malts, and sweet, tinned peach. Drinks strangely bitter, the taste not matching the aroma. Bit of a claggy palate. Finishes short bitter.
