Can sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thanks Max. Black, thick tan head. Chocolate, soy sauce, some yeast, licorice, some red fruits, sweet and umami, a bit bitter, some ash.

Bottle, many thanks rosenbergh! Black color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, cherries, mildly funky. Taste is chocolate, cherries, some tartness, char. Mineraly mouthfeel, quite dry, low carbonation. Good!

Taster at the brewery. Pours pitch black with sticky cappuccino foam. Aroma is coffee, vanilla, chocolate. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is dominated by the roasted feeling, with some bitterness.

Semo opaque dark brown beer, untidy bubbly tan head. Light palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy dark malts, touches of dark chocolate and cream. Pretty fruity, almost Coca Cola and Dr Pepper with a little woody bitterness. Trace of bitter brett. Smooth finish. Quite likely infected but it's no disaster here.
