Mângâi o capră deschisă, aurie, cu un cap spumos dar tulbure și corpul neted, bine-alergat prin arome ierboase și proaspete de vară, flori de soc și condimente. Recunoaștem că berea noastră albă se lasă ușor de băut! Să ai poftă de o delicată și-o răcoritoare, cu bule moi și un finisaj pac-pac!

33cl bottle (2,2 €) from Auchan Cotroceni supermarket in AFI Cotroceni in Bucharest in Romania shared @ Salón piva in Bratislava (1st day) F: big, white, good retention. C: straw to pale gold, hazy. A: malty, wheat, bit spicy, yeasty, bit banana. T: malty, spicy, orange peels, banana, dry on the palate, medium body and carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Bottle shared by Rotin77. Quite good. Full body, high carbonation, yet refreshing and easy drinking. Moderately citrusy, perfumey, spicy. Finishes considerably dry, hoppy - grassy fruity character. Satisfying.

330ml bottle from the brewery (noroc, Cez!). Pours cloudy golden with a frothy white head, disappearing after a while. Aroma: wheat, lemon, banana, coriander, grass, yeast. Taste: wheaty, yeasty, doughy... citrus, lemon, banana, coriander, cloves, light sweetness and a spicy bitter finish, also slightly floral. Light-medium body, good carbonation, smooth mouthfeel. Great first beer from a new brewery, and a good example of a Witbier. Foarte bine.

Draft at BCBF 2018. Fresh orange, bright coriander, light spicy buttmess. Fresh and vibrant - supremely quenching. Great. 7-4-7-4-15=3,7
BOTTLE 33 CL from Băcănia Nouă, Iași. Cloudy golden, snow white head. Tart wheat beer aroma, dusty apricot, pine apple, lemon rind, notes of clementines, a little bit of old cheese spice. Classic witbier taste, unmalted wheat roughness, notes of tart fruit, a little distant honey sweetness, flowers - nice, strong (by witbier standards) spicy bitterness. Nice and clean. Massging carbonation. Very good. 7-4-7-4-14=3,6
