Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is spicy yeast with coriander, pale malt, grain, fruity notes, some citrus, floral and herbal notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light bitter with a medium body. Fairly dry finish. Solid Saison.

Draft at the Gravity taproom, Budapest. 7.2% Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour, with a big, lasting frothy white head. The aroma is big saison yeast. The flavour is dry yeasty, herbal, with a smooth, fresh, yeasty, earthy, light spicy, herbal palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A fine saison, but I prefer my saisons with a little carbonation, which this one didn’t have. It’s all about the yeast, which is probably very traditional, but not the best tasting beer for me.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma of coriander, orange peel, and a touch of lavender. Taste is mildly bitter with tart and spicy undertones. Finishes the same with a lingering, mild, peppery spice. Medium-bodied, dry, crisp, clean feel. Pleasant and refreshing.

On tap at Het Lagerhuy, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma is spicy and peppery, with white pepper and spicy rustic saison yeast. Flavour is dry and spicy, with rustic saison yeast, white pepper, and dry bready malt. Finishes dry, rustic and spicy. Not the most complex or invigorating, but it's clean, dry and drinkable. Good stuff.

75 c bottle. Hazy yellow with a huge fluffy white foam. Nose is floral, dust, herbs, just lovely. Taste is floral, slight citrusy, slight orange, hint of soap, dry finish, lively bubbles. Well done, refreshing and slight farmhouse complex at the same time.

Hazy blond colour with soapy head. Aroma and flavour have some dusty yeast. Quite spicy. Peppery. Some coriander. A bit dull.

Bottled 330ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Unclear orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, yeasty spicy nose. Spicy, yeasty, fruity, mild coriander and touch of alcohol with pretty strong carbonation.
