22/IX/19 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 31/V/21 - (2019-1450)
Clear pale blond beer, big fizzy to creamy white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, yellow stone fruit, some peaches, floral, some banana, yeast, coriander notes, bit of a dusty impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, soft bitterness, some banana, coriander, bit metallic, apricots, floral. Aftertaste: some orange peel, bit grassy, spicy, coriander, fruity touch, dry finish.

Paired with home made mussels.

F: big, white, good retention C: straw, almost clear. A: light grapefruits, tangerine, bit pineapple, mango, bit passion fruits, hint of pine, yeasty touch. T: malty backbone, citrus, tangerine, some tropical fruits, bit pine, grapefruits, decent bitterness, medium body and carbonation, nice one remind me my own beer with American hops and S05 yeast, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Malt Attacks in Brussels.
