Aromas are malt, wet grain, caramel and hops. Flavors are similar to nose and a little bit more sweet than bitter with good carbonation. This is one Belgian that does not benefit from warming some.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is perfume hops with a little caramel malt. Flavor is more flower-like hops with a caramel malt backbone. It's sweet but not over the top. Finish is more of the caramel malt on the tongue. Unique Belgian blonde with the caramel notes.

Bottle from Beerdome. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity malt and light hoppy - herbal. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280326

Bottle from HoTM. It pours clear blonde with a thick & sturdy white head. The aroma is sweet, biscuity malts, custard creams, touch of paper, icing sugar, pencil shavings, caramel drizzle, creme brulé, straw and spicy hops. The taste is crispy, dry, snappy, firm, chalky green banana, melon, slap of boozey warmth, some rawness, toasty grains, spice, clove, coriander seeds, custard cream biscuits and pencil shavings with a drying, spicy finish. Medium body and moderate+ foamy carbonation. Not a huge amount of depth. Pretty boozey for style. Drinkable, but fairly forgettable stuff.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours orange gold, transparent, with medium grained white foam. Aroma is yeasty, herbal, fruity. Body is average, with good carbonation. Taste is well balanced between some malty sweetness and good bitterness. Final is average.
