330ml bottle. Clear, amber colour with average to huge, dense, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and herbal, hoppy as well as caramel malty and minimally spicy aroma, notes of grapefruit, lemon, some blood orange, dried orange peel, whiffs of coriander. Taste is citrusy fruity and slightly herbal hoppy, sweet-ish, caramel malty and minimally spicy, notes of grapefruit, lemon, some blood orange, a touch of coriander and dried orange peel. Oily texture, smooth, soft and silky palate, very fine, soft carbonation. By and large a rather average West Coast style IPA, but with a little spicy twist that reminds of a Belgian Wit - not bad.

08.05.2021 - 0.33l bottle from leclerc in st louis, bb 21.06.2021. pours a rather clear amber with a very dense and steady off-white head, almost like nitro. aroma of orange zest, grapefruit, slight booze. flavour of oranges, grapefruit, apricots, caramel, yeast. rather bitter, medium sweet, slightly sour.

Cuivre, col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est plutôt classique - je note fort peu l'impact d'IPA mais plus un malté caramel, grillé - rétro houblonné modéré sur de fines effluves fruitées avec une pointe de tropical . Cependant, le rétro-nasal reste dominé par un côté sucre caramélisé-cara brûlé.
Palais marque de suite par un côté café où je peine à vraiment trouver l'impact du mosaic. Le houblonné reste sur un léger fleuri, fruité avec une note un peu mandarine, abricot - mangue et un fini fortement axé sur le malté entre amertume classique noble et un fini un peu caramel, pâle accentué par un léger effet fruité sec/baies rouges sèches en fin de bouche.
C'est un peu léger le fini reste bcp trop axé sur le malté - l'impression donnée est d'une bière passée - surtout que le BB n'est pas repris sur la bouteille. J'imagine que fraîche le goût aurait dû être plus plaisant sur l'apport du Mosaic.

Pours clear orange with an unstable, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of ripe orange, mango, caramel, banana, plum, yeast, red apple. Taste has sweetish plum, mango & apple; bitter grapefruit peel & herbs, yeasty with caramel malt. Dry, resinous hoppy finish, bit grainy too, ripe fruit, apple & caramel lingering. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Somewhat all over the place, not what you want from an IPA.

Foamy white head stayed on a hazy amber coloured still body. Malt & cardboard aroma. Medium bodied, sharp on the front with soft finish. Malt, juicy, nectarine, pithy, lemon & grapefruit tastes with a bitter finish.

Huge off-white head over veiled copper beer, lacerings. Oxidized hops (BBd still 2 months off), bit of vegetables, vegetable frying oil. Nettles, vegetables and indeed again oxidation. Old, cheesy hops. Bitter finish. Medium bodied, hopoilslickness. Medium to good carbonation. Premature aging? Lightstruck? Not all is well here.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een licht bruin bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een hoppige wat fruitige geur. De smaak is hoppig, bitter en licht metaalachtig.

Oranjekleurig bier met stevige volle schuimkraag. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig, kruidig, zoet en fruitig met iets van abrikoos en mango. Erg goed.
