Bière à la robe ambrée limpide, coiffée d’une mousse crème persistante. Nez porté sur le houblon avec des notes d’agrumes. Attaque fraîche et vive, sur le pamplemousse. L’amertume est bien présente sans être excessive. Ensemble bien houblonné, équilibré et facile à boire malgré le caractère affirmé. Rafraîchissante et franchement réussie.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Clear amber colour lasting cream head. Sherbet hop aroma. Good earthy hoppy IPA. Yes rather good grapefruit with some Cascade earthiness. Some bitterness. Drinkable enough. Refreshing.

bottle from E.Leclerc Reims-Montfleury. Dark golden with a mid-sized off-white head. Fruity with grainy malty flavours underneath, pleasantly hoppy with more fruity accents.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours clear pale golden with a thick white head. Aromas of citrus. Taste is light bitter, bitter finish.

Bottled@HBF2013. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, toffeeish, mild caramel and some nectary and honeylike sweet notes too. Flavour is a nice balance between fruits, toffee, zest and some mild wooden notes. Balanced and quite pleasant.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, hops, and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, hops, yeast, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Not bad for and IPA with Belgian twist.

Bottle 0.5l at HBF 2013, Helsinki. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citrus, dryness, hints of yeast and hops.
