Затворихме лятото в бутилки! Използвахме шест вида хмел за да създадем букет от аромати, които ще пренесат сетивата в тропическа градина. В аромата се усещат манго, грейпфрут, лимони, портокал. Вкусът е доминиран от манго и грейпфрут и е подчертан от лека малцова сладост. Горчивината е умерена, а финалът сух.

50cl pour at Hop Junkies. Pours a clear gold with some sticky white head. Nose has some malt, pineapple, orange and tangerines, honey. Flavor has honey, malt, flowers, lemon, orange, pineapple. Finishes just off dry, lightly bitter. 6 4 6 3 12

Keg at Nosferatu - Sofia. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds lemon peel, dry and spicy pine. Light sweet flavour, mellow bitter pine needles, more citrus peel, dry pale malts. Light to medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Finishes with a little grassy bitterness, crisp pale grains, pine needles, lemon peel. Not bad overall.

Tap.Hazy Yellow colour with White head.Aroma of yeast and melon light and fresh not Michael of a ipa but fresh with flavor og White Bread and Corn.

F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: gold, hazy. A: tangerine, bit orange, grapefruits, bit tropical fruits. T: malty backbone, bit orange, tangerine, light tropical fruits, blackcurrant leaves, medium dry, medium body and lower carbonation, nothing memorable, 33cl bottle from 100 Beers in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Smell of grass, spruce, hops. Pale amber colour. Extreme white head. Aroma of grass, earth, some spruce, finishes with citrus. Bitter. Flat carbon, dry palate.

Bottle from 100 beers shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor in Sofia. Hazy to murky golden, small off-white head. Moderately to heavily hopped, citrus - grapefruit and orange. Fairly bitter with light malts underneath. Medium body, moderate carbonation, dry hoppy finish. Average IPA, but at least it's bitter.

Bottle 33 CL. Hazy grayish-amber, ivory head. The aroma has fruity as well as herbal notes, some butter and yeast too. The taste starts with light caramel, ripe and green apples, moderate carbonation and body, sharp wormwood-like lingering bitterness.
