Bottle shared. Slight hazy deep ruby. Massive cherries, cinnamon, soft funk, almonds, wheat. Medium sour, bit lighter sweet. Lovely.

Bottle at home. Has a slightly hazy red colour with a big pink head that fades. Aroma of apple cider vinegar, cherries, rowanberries, forest floor, oak and stable. Flavour of oak, sweet cherries, apple cider vinegar and plums. Has a slick and slightly soft mouth feel, medium body and a soft bitterness. Well-balanced and filled with cherries. Solid kriek.

0,75l bottle at home. Vintage 2017. cork shot out very strongly, almost killing my wall. deep red color, medium big white head. smells of cherries, stone fruits, earthy, funky, peppery. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of cherries, cherry pits, subtle funk, bit citric, grassy, earthy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of of cherries, cherry pits and some jammy notes. very very nice one, this is super smooth, a tad on the bubbly side still, but overall amazing balance.

*rating overgezet 2016* Het is een troebel roodachtig bier met een een roze schuim. Het aroma is wrang en kriekenachtig. De smaak is kersen achtig, wrang en zuur.
Wisnia na kwasno, troche cierpko, teoche pestkowo, troche skorkowo... fajna wisnia, acz dzikosci niewiele. Duzo co2. Jeszcze nie jest jakies bardzo wytrawne. Aromat > smak, niemniej pyszka

Draught No head, reddish cola-coloured beer. Sourish, bit smokey and peat-y aroma, dark caramel. Despite the Bretts, still some De Koninck aromas, if with a light smokey touch, very mild acidity, inoffensive. Some liquorice. Quite oily-slick, not very alcoholic impression, even 7+% seems strong. Goody goody wild beer. Might benefit a lot from a bit more punch.

Bottle with the RateBeer München Tasting group at Hopdog, Munich Thurs' 23rd July 2020, Thanks to Stefan for bringing this one. Lovely pitty cherry on the nose, interestingly I pick up a touch of fresh berry (raspberry perhaps). Wow this is softer and far more gentle than expected, a little tartness, a nice fresh fruity zap. Great.

Bottle. Dark cherry red with a nice but fast disappearing head; very pretty. Sour cherry acidic nose, the cherry at the end is impressive. Flavor is smooth and very dry cherries at first, transitioning to a nice bitter/sourness at the end. Awesome.
