One of her earliest brews, this is fantastic. So different from a fresh Yasmin. Lots of flower funk. I'm so sad that this brewery is closing. Berliners don't know what they're missing 😭

Bottle from crowdfunding drunk in Abano Terme. Pale yellow, no real head to speak of, nose of very crunchy Miami sour notes. Flavor is fresh and fruity, a bit astringent, pomelo and melon flirting with lemon and flowers. Acidity is big but in check. Nice entry!

From tap at Foeders, Amsterdam. Lacto sourness with an aroma of lemon, some funk. Tart and medium sour, light with some complexity. Good stuff.

On tap at SP Cellar. Pours a pale yellow gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong dough, floral, lemon zest, vinegar. Slick body, lemon, dough, very tart, good.

Bottle. A lightly hazy straw colored beer with a minimalistic white head. Rather dull aroma with hay, pale malts, dusty cellar, lemon and some bread dough. Quite tart on the palate, nicely carbonated and dry, with quite a lot of lemon flavor. Some doughy malts, hay and dust. Hints of flowers. Medium length tart finish. Feels a bit messy this one, with aroma and flavor combinations I don't feel match very well. Sort of refreshing though. 240126
