Lots of sweet, milk chocolate in this one. Soda-like on the palate and overly sweet. Would be better with a little more attenuation. Decent but just too sweet. Meh.

After the success of the Roxce x Sapporo Chocolate beer they got more ambitious and launched 2 versions a bitter & a sweet. The sweet was definitely chocolatey and a velvety brown pour but it came out unbalanced and was way too sweet. The following year these beers were nowhere to be seen, they should have stuck to the original recipe.

Can. Big, sweet chocolate aroma with coconut, rum, cola, not beerlike, but nice enough. Dark reddish brown with a thin head that goes quickly to lace. Very sweet and creamy, with chocolate, vanilla, coconut, some roted malts, wood. Too sweet, for sure, but tasty chocolate flavor and a bit of bitterness make it ok. Chocolate is the lead actor of this show.
