Draught @ Ginger Man (11/5/19). Faintly cloudy pale gold with foamy/creamy off-white head, faint malt aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter earthy taste with faint vanilla flavor, thin body, longish finish. Nice saison.

Tap @ CBC2016. Pours pale clear yellow with a small white head. Aromas of sweet esters, citrus, perfume, banana, light tart, peppery. Taste is light tart, citrus, esters, lemon.

Draft. Hazy light golden body. Frothy white head diminishing. Aroma of citrus, lemon, light barnyard, toasted grain. Tart. Dry. Medium body. Watery/velvety texture. Enjoyable.

On tap at the Ginger Man. Pours pale yellow. Lemon, funk, apricot, nectarine, lime, cracker, light banana yeast stuff. Light body. Very nice.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy apricot color with a huge fluffy yellow-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was lemon and Sweettart candies. The flavor was tart, citric, chalky and astringent. Long finish. Medium body.

Tap at La Neta. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Funky, citrus fruity aroma, lime and grain. Medium-bodied. Lime juice, saltyness, light funky notes. Not really "saisonic" but well-brewed.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Lightly hazed pale golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is lemon rind, straw, grains, light herb, stale bread. Taste comprises grassy bite, melon, yeast esters, straw, toasted grains, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison but expected a little more from these guys.

On tap @ War Pigs, K�benhavn. Pours hazy golden, with a small creamy head. Aroma is tart yeast, with hay and fruity notes of citrus, as well as some wooden notes. Medium body, with fizzy carbonation. Flavour is tart yeasty notes, with hay and citrusy notes of lemon.

Tap @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Copenhagen, 2018. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Tart and dry. Barnyard. Grainy and dry. Very smooth. Short bitter, dry and tart finish.
