On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Murky straw, small lasting off-white head. Moderate acidity in aroma, white bread or cracker, estery, rose, pear, vanilla, funky, citrusy, light barnyard. Nice fruity and floral flavours, slightly yeasty, light sourness, light malty sweetness behind it. Slightly salty. Light to medium body, refreshing, lively, moderate carbonation, moderately lasting finish, herbal touch.

330 ml bottle, batch #173, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.6%.Very pale and milky straw colour, small white head. Aroma of lactic acid and lemons, hints of coriander and sea water. Sour flavour with the same elements, a bit too sour for my taste. .

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal okt-18: lett uklar strågul med kort skum. Brøddeig, salt, citroner, melkesyre og muligens litt koriander. En frisk og velkommen ganerenser ettter en heftig rekke med øl hentet fra øvre del av Richters skala.

Tap at Fakin, hazy yellowish body with a small white head. Lovely lactic aroma, citric, with coriander very much in evidence, but nicely integrated. Smooth taste, mild, again, the coriandery spiciness is very well integrated, lime, lactic, traces of a malty backbone, vaguely sweetish, mild tartness, light saltiness. Excellent gose, spot on, without any real downsides!

Bottle. Golden beer with a white head. tropical fruit and tart aroma with white wine. Tropical fruit and lemon flavor with light sourness. Medium bodied. tropical fruit and light salt linger with light sourness.

Nagy, nem túl tartós hab, sápadt narancssárga szín. Savanykás, enyhén sós, fűszeres illat. Kissé sós és savanykás, fűszeres ízek. Még egy kis koriander mehetett volna bele, hogy markánsabb legyen. Könnyű, ereősen szénsavas, alig keserű. Finom lett, de nem eléggé fűszeres, így kicsit átlagos lett.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, fading, white head. Slightly bretty, tangy, spicy aroma, a lactic touch, hints of sauerkraut and coriander. Taste is tart, tangy, spicy, notes of brine, mustard seed, dill, sauerkraut.
