Brewed with lambic yeast and cassis syrup. Draught at Q-Brick. Glowing red color, deep, dark, of cassis and blood. Nice pink head, thin and fine. Aroma of cassis, earth, funk. Not sweet, but dry and quite funky. Sour flavor of fruit, again not very sweet, but quite dry and interesting. Sourness is a bit too restrained. Rather thick palate. Ok, but not great. Not sour or flavorful enough, and the funkiness is a bit weird. Decent, and at least it isn’t sweet.
