Our Big Eye IPA is a big hoppy brew, thanks to the abundance of American Columbus and Centennial varieties we use to flavor and dry hop. While the English originally added extra hops to preserve their beers for sea travel, we do it for the love of all that bold, intense flavor that makes India Pale Ale one of our favorite styles.

Draught from Blind Tiger. Poured a light brown with mild head. Nice aromas of hops toffee and such. Very good in the end.

Big nose of american hops, hence the huge aroma of lemon, and grapefruit, with some pine in there. Flavour is dominated by the hops, not much of a malt base in here, just a hop monster of an IPA.

Bottle from Beergium. Aroma is resinous hops, big pine, tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus, robust malt, caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long bitter finish. Medium bodied. Very piney and hoppy with a study malty backbone, strong bittersweet flavour, great balance... I dig it!

Tap at Craftheads. Golden colour, small off white head. Aroma is refreshing, citrus spiky, nice maltiness. Taste is good too, citrus, malty spicy. Very easy drinking.
