Brewed as a simple pale ale with Loral hops. Fermentation activated by wild yeasts obtained from the LoverBeer’s “spontaneous”. Fermentation and maturation in oak vats for 5/6 months.

Tap at Macche. Deep cloudy orange, with a tight, fine head. Woody, toasty nose with nectarine apricot, orange. Weird flavor, slightly acetic, woody, stiff, with straw, apricots and lemon. Rough and woody.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata torbida, schiuma bianca leggera. Al naso note di frutta gialla, vino bianco, leggero acetico, zolfo. In bocca ancora frutta gialla, acidità media, un po' sgraziata. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Da rifinire.
