First brewed in 2003. Pale in color but packed with flavor, Mojo reflects the perfect balance of hop bitterness and malt character. The unique Amarillo hop creates a big, grapefruit-like citrus flavor and aroma, making Mojo a very zesty IPA that's crisp and refreshing.

Aroma is mostly piney hops, citrus. Clear medium gold brew with small sticky head. Taste is citrusy hops with a nice mal backbone. Finish is a nice lasting bitterness. Well balanced IPA.

Bottle: Pours clear amber with a lacy, frothy, beige head. Orange, tropical aroma. Orange malt, pineapple flavour...creamy... Soft pine and orange-peel bitter. Very solid and well done.

Bottle. A- Citrus, spruce, leaves, grass. A- Light amber body, hazy liquid, minimal head. T- Very bitter, strong hop tones, very subtle citrus notes. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, long bitter finish. O- One of my least favorite IPA’s very bitter and a long lasting finish makes this more than undesirable for me.

Sampled at Rattle N Hum, NYC. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of caramel malt, pine, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft: Poured a golden copper with a white head. Aroma is nice citrus juice hops. Taste is hoppy bitter bite.

On draft at westover beer garden. Pours a clear golden amber with an off white head. Floral hop aroma. Grassy and citrus with some pine notes. Bitter finish.

Nice fruity head here. Pours clear ins with good head and lacing. Aroma of apple, tangerine and light malt. Creamy texture and soft carbonation. Finishes with light bitterness and some sourness, but a good balance and generally well-done if fresh. On tap at Blue Monk.

Dégustée en fût azoté au Farmhouse Tap & Grill à Burlington. De couleur dorée et claire. Nez de houblon fruité (agrumes, notes de fruits tropicaux), moyennement floral, légèrement herbeux, résineux et citrique, moyen de malt sucré avec des traces de biscuits. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement doux ainsi qu’une texture moyennement crémeuse (azotée) et aux notes huileuses. Goût moyennement amer de houblon fruité (agrumes sucrées, petites notes de fruits tropicaux), légèrement floral et aux petites notes citriques (une amertume présente toute la gorgée) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un de grains de malt sucrés avec des traces de biscuits puis en finale l’amertume de houblon est légèrement plus asséchante, plus herbeuse (incluant de faibles notes de menthe) et légèrement résineuse. Post-goût moyen-long et un peu sec, moyennement amer de houblon fruité, légèrement herbeux avec des notes citriques et résineuses. (3 avril 2013)

Draft. Hazy golden yellow color, small but fluffy white head. Aroma of bright tropical fruit, citrus, flowers, pineapple. Taste is bitter pineapple, citrus, pine, grass. Very bitter but very tasty. Roll back the bitterness slightly and it would be a classic.
