50cl swing top bottle. A clear dark golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweetish and caramelized malt. Taste of caramelized malt, mild sweet malt and spicy hops.

Swing top bottle. Deep golden color, chicken food with soft floral notes in the aroma. Bready flavor, floral with a hint of cardboard. At least medium bodied.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy orange, small white head. Malty, bit grassy, bitter, Nice lasting bitter finish. Easy drinkable. Light to medium bodied.

Thuisbrunner Elch-Bräu Nix Amore, 4,9 %, Bügelverschlußflasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Rotgold, gut trüb (nach Aufrühren des Hefesatzes); sehr üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase fein karamelliges Malz mit milder aber äußerst eleganter Zitrusfrucht, zarter Grapefruit, feinen Kräutern, Bergamotte vielleicht - leicht mediterran. - Antrunk elegant zitrusfruchtig-pampelmusenherb über fein toastig-karamellig-brotigem Malz. Milder rezent, schlank, weich. Im Abgang milde mediterrane Kräuterherbe, leicht kellerig, nicht mehr so spannend. - Sehr wohlschmeckendes Bier, irgendwie südländisch gehopft aber in seiner soliden Süffigkeit doch unverkennbar fränkisch. (Keg at Pikkulintu, 20190821) The beer poured pale copper coloured and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, grain and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, lightly biscuits, grain, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was grassy, malty and bitter. A very tasty grassy brew with malty notes.

Tap at Franconian Beer Festival 2019. Cloudy orange with a low, thick head. Dank aroma of reefer, grapefruit, resiny pine. Hoppy, resiny, dank flavor with nice grapefruit sorbet. Malt hides in the background. I would label this an IPL, must be US hops because I never got such dankness from a German hop.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Ambrata scarica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note di pane, latte, miele, cereali, erba tagliata. In bocca è dolce all'attacco, maltata, con finale amaro a equilibrare. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Buona.
