clear darker golden colour, medium sized dense ecru-ish white head; aroma of floral, some herbal, grainy-malty notes; taste of malty-linden honey-like sweetness, some hoppy bitterness and minimal sourish notes; not bad

Bottle alongside a burrito in a little shop in San Francisco. After a busy day of sightseeing and open top bus riding this was perfect alongside the burrito. Nothing spectacular but it hit the spot.

There is nothing extraordinary with this beer. It is a lager for hot days, standard taste, a bit boring, ok with tacos, tasting this beverage at some opportunities in Mexico.

0,355 l bottle from a mexican snack bar at Rindermarkthalle, Hamburg. BB 09/26. Clear golden in the glass, very small white short living head. Sweet corn malty aroma. Taste is watery, pale maltm some sweet fruity elements, cardboardy. Above average carbonated. Soft bitterness. Boring. Wasted 4,00 €. Maybe better in the mexican sun.

Bottle at El Pastor, Mexican gaff, Coal Drop Yard, Kings Cross, 20/03/2025.
Golden topped with a white head.
Nose is pale malts, grains, cereals, dull fruit esters.
Taste comprises pale malts, strangely sweet esters, akin to a watered down hefe, grains.
Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, semi drying close
Not entirely unpleasant for a macro logger if perhaps running overly sweet.

Bottiglia.
