20th January 2022. Part of a four beer flight in Ale Tales, San Diego. Clean and clear golden pour, white head. Mild citrussy aroma and taste, fresh bread roll with lemon curd maybe. Found it fine, without getting too excited.

Tap at the Brewpub. Spicy noble hops in the nose, crisp malt. Sweet, spicy flavor, lemony, nice hops. Nice pils.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours bright gold with a white head. Aroma is fruity/spicy. Med body. Flavor is bready, spicy, grassy. This has nailed the style. Dry. Decently bitter. Really good stuff.

16 oz can from Tavour. Pale golden with a thick white head. Aroma is hay, grains, bread. Taste echoes this, big, full and rich, with the right amount of bitter bite. One of the best US pils I've tried.

16 oz can from Tavour. Aroma is grainy, floral, lemon rind. Pours clear golden with two finger off-white head that falls into a skiff of foam somewhat quickly. Taste is moderately bitter with a hint of tartness, finishing dry. Flavors are grainy, herbal, crackery. Excellent pils.

Can. Golden-straw beer with a whitish head. Mineral and light grass aroma. Mineral and light grass flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Easy drinking. Mineral and light grass linger with light malt. Nice balance.

On draft at Three Sheets in Dublin, CA. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aroma of biscuit and bread. Flavors are mild sweet caramel. Smooth and tasty.
