The newly christened Grisette is the first of its kind to emerge at Hafis, earning the esteemed title of our very first beer fermented entirely in oak (aka The Foeder Pyramid™). It's a low ABV, refreshing sipper dry-hopped with French Strisselspalt hops (a variety that's as fun to say as it is delicious). The beer itself is dry, with soft brett aromatics, and complementary herbal, floral, and citrus notes

Bottle, Sergey's hunt
Cloudy pale blond colour. Nice aroma, spicy, deep, with orange peel. Dry, weak mouthfeel, but with a lot of character, woody, a bit astringent, with a light buttery trace.
Bold.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky brett notes upfront, with rustic saison yeast, and some oak. Flavour is rather bretty, with lots of barnyard funk, some harsh bitterness, rustic saison yeast, and crisp biscuity malt. Crisp, funky, and oaky on the finish. Excellent.

500ml bottle (thx, Chris S.!) at Josh's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: barrel, fruity, very fresh. Taste: similar with creamy notes from oak. Quite dry. Overall: it is a bit harsh and lacks body, but it's pretty good for what it is which is a table beer.

A hazed blonde saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet gin like smell and grassy resinous hops, herbaceous character, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light brett and acidity, very nice. On tap at Cheshire Cat, Carp.
