When we add juicy, heirloom peaches to our year-old Lambic-inspired ale, magic happens— they unite, gushing with bright acidity, nutty undertones and a tangy finish. It does take eight more months of aging, but it’s well worth the wait.

Sample. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, some dry peaches. Taste: kinda weird, dusty, some diacetyl, dry, not much of peaches, dirty. Overall: not good, probably there was not enough inspiration, hehe.

On tap at Goed Zuur. Hazy golden orange. Awesome aroma of fresh peaches with some underlying barnyard hay and lactic notes. Delicious peach flavor, fresh and juicy, with medium sourness and bretty notes. Comes close to Foufoune.

12.7 oz corked and caged bottle. Aroma is pungent lacto, peach, light wood, vanilla, almonds. Pours hazy pale gold with a one finger off-white collapsing head. Taste is mouth puckering sour (9/10) and acidic with flavors of peach, lemon, wood, lacto, vanilla. Reminds me of an Almanac sour more than any lambic I've had. Very tasty, though.
