When we add juicy, heirloom peaches to our year-old Lambic-inspired ale, magic happens— they unite, gushing with bright acidity, nutty undertones and a tangy finish. It does take eight more months of aging, but it’s well worth the wait.

12.7 oz corked and caged bottle. Aroma is pungent lacto, peach, light wood, vanilla, almonds. Pours hazy pale gold with a one finger off-white collapsing head. Taste is mouth puckering sour (9/10) and acidic with flavors of peach, lemon, wood, lacto, vanilla. Reminds me of an Almanac sour more than any lambic I've had. Very tasty, though.

Bottle thanks to Brian! Pours clear yellow, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, some lacing. Aroma is stone fruit - peaches indeed, brett, oak, a hint of sulfur and skins. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, mineral, good peach notes without being crazy overpowering. Medium light body, soft mouthfeel. Better than its ratings for sure.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver, 10th Anniversary party
Murky yellow-orange color. Aroma of fruits, some peach, stone, but also a hint of yeast/cheese. Nice acidity level, some horseblanket, but leaning into the cheesy side, and some fruity touch.
A bit clumsy when compared to Belgian Lambics, but still enjoyable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, rubber, cheese, oak. Medium mouth, funky, apple skin, wood, light tartness, really enjoyed this one.
