Spicy, citrus, grapefruit, a hint of caramel in the nose. Full-bodied, intense and a touch of caramel. Together with the spicy, citrus-like bitterness, they give this beer a complex and very pleasant fresh, full and bitter aftertaste.
Specialty beer created to celebrate the twenty-fifth anniversary of Delirium Tremens.

Color ámbar oscuro, con destellos anaranjados. Ligeramente turbia.
Espuma abundante, blanca y compacta.

Bottle from Delhaize in Kessel Lo, Leuven. Almost bock-like aroma and somewhat empty. Lovely golden colour. I think it tastes good, and maybe I'm hop deprived lately here but the hops and the booze come together well. Decent.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden amber with a big fluffy off-white head. Nose - red and orange fruit with brown bread at the back. Taste - brown bread and muesli. Candied orange. Caramel, sweet spice and brown sugar. Palate - medium bodied, roasty dry finish. Overall - interesting beer and a bit gnarly compared to the usual for the style.

Bottle from Drinks Vanuxeem, Ploegsteert, Belgium. Pours a hazy deep amber/orange colour with a huge foamy off white head. Aromas of citrus and sherbet orange with a touch of floral. Taste has more of the orange notes, a touch more floral with some peppery spice, coriander and a hoppy but mild pithy orange rind on the finish. Also a little sweetness but nicely balanced. Thin to medium body, average carbonation and smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice and fresh tasting.
