33cl bottle. Pours hazy gold with persistent white foam, very fine. Aroma is orange peel and spices. Body is light with moderate carbonation. Taste is generally sweet, with a tart feeling, mostly giving an industrial, artificial flavour. Finish is average, again light.

Keg at The Squirrel, Farnborough. This used to be a fave in days of old when it was exciting to see it on yocally. Sour edged cloves and fruit with added chemicals. A cloudy dark amber. Fluffy white head. Light bitter with a sweet edge. Overly chemical tasting. Medium bodied yet thin. Light carb. Longish finish. Just tastes fake. Mass produced.

Táp @ Old Blackfriars, Aberdeen. Tipikus és klasszikus wit, kisszimatolódik belőle a zab, mint a békebeli hoegaardenekből.

Draft. Aroma of sweet wheat, orange zest and yeast. Taste has orange zest, sweet wheat, mild coriander and yeast ester. Typical belgian white indeed.

At Glacier Grill & Pizza, Coram. Served with an orange slice on the glass rim, a habit that has struck me in the U.S. to which I cannot get used. Pours cloudy yellow with a diminishing, foamy, white head. The aroma has orange peel, citrus, wheat, some light banana and dough. It tastes light sour, very light bitter and medium sweet with lingering orange in the finish. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonation. Not that good.

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Hannaford. Appearance is cloudy dark yellow/orange with greenish tinge, fair sparkle, quickly disappearing ring of fizzy white head and no lacing. Aroma is wheat, coriander and mix of champagne- and cheesy yeast. Taste is wheat, coriander. Palate is smooth, medium bodied with thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste with a pasty mouthfeel. Overall, not a strong flavor and not very complex. Ho hum.
