It is a classical Belgian beer, pleasant during the summer, well balanced between the sourness, the apple notes, typical yeast, average, drinking it a long time ago, at Prélaz, bottle coming from Amstein

Ljust halmgul vätska med vitt finbubbligt skumlock. Arom av syliga äpplen. Lätt maltig kropp med smak av syrliga äpplen, lite stall och källartrapp. Kort behaglig eftersmak.

An die Lindemans-Biere kann ich mich noch erinnern als diese um 5,30 € in unserer Stammkneipe uns zu teuer waren.😋
Jetzt habe ich mir im Craftbiermarkt diese Flasche gekauft, da ich damals zu geizig war.
Es schmeckt intensiv fruchtig nach grünem Apfel 🍏 mit einem netten sauren Hintergrund.
Von Hopfen und Malz merkt man nix, dafür ist es aber schön sauer-spritzig 💦.
Kein klassisches Sauerbier, aber durchaus interessant, wrnn auch aehr süß.

Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di mela bianca. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta trasparente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è rotondo. Il dolce è pesante. L'amaro non è invasivo. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul palato si fermano sentori di zuccherino, miele, mela e mela verde.

Aroma of tart apple, apple juice, peach. Flavour is sweet and moderate sour. Not a complete disaster, some flavour of the Lambic managed to survive. Shame about the sweetness.

Appearance lightly clouded lambic with quickly disappearing head. Very fresh granny smith apple on the nose: almost like the apple flavour in sweet shop sweets. Intensely puckeringly sweet on the roof of the mouth. Just about completely covers up the lambic tartness. Kind of a pear drop taste coming through. Tasty and interesting but not quite my cup of tea.
