Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Lindemans Apple is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and apple juice. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sourness of traditional lambic beers

Sweet fruit beer, but there is still a hint of the sourness of a lambic, which makes it more drinkable.

How: Draught.
Where: The Bishops Arms (Folkungagatan), Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Sweet apple.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Fresh, sweet apple, a bit acidic.
Comment: Only had this draught, but been told it is far superior on draught than bottled. Will have to taste it bottled to know for sure, but afraid this will ruin the beer for me. Might as well stick to the good draught version.

Tap at the Bad Apple, Chicago. Poured a hazy light amber with a thin white head and lots of lace. The aroma is big apple. The flavour is sweet apple with a sherbet like zesty palate. Too sweet and not pleasant at all.

Draft sampled at The Bad Apple, Chicago. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of apples, really obnoxious sweet apples. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation. Sweet and artificial and not good.
