Appearance lightly clouded lambic with quickly disappearing head. Very fresh granny smith apple on the nose: almost like the apple flavour in sweet shop sweets. Intensely puckeringly sweet on the roof of the mouth. Just about completely covers up the lambic tartness. Kind of a pear drop taste coming through. Tasty and interesting but not quite my cup of tea.

Pours light amber with a big bubbly white head. Aroma of heavy of green apple juice. Taste has surprisingly mild apple notes, somewhat sour. Palate has pleasant cider notes, some more yeast, very well balanced. Pretty good.

Cloudy golden, white head. Aroma of yellow apple, candy. A bit sweet, but a real fruity body. Very rich despite low alcohol.

Flaske fra Retshernn, Hamborg. Ligner æble juice og har et lille hvidt skum. Dufter af søde æbler og lidt syrlig. Smager af lblejuice med brus.

AROMA: medium-high predominant green apple aroma with a concentrate character. medium sweet background with a neutral character. faint barnyard notes. APPEARANCE: light yellow body and translucent. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-high green apple aroma/concentrate. medium sweetness with a semi-sweet finish with some grainy notes. faint barnyard. MOUTHFEEL: low body with low carbonation. OVERALL: an apple lambic with excessive apple concentrate presence, overpowering the base Gueuze.

Servida en tulipa aflautada. Color amarillo dorado claro, espuma blanca compacta de buena retención. Aroma a levadura, manzanas frescas, sidra natural, azúcar de caña. En boca es dulce y moderadamente ácida, sabrosa, agradable, tiene notas de jugo de manzana, levadura, uva blanca madura, cereal, madera... Siendo puristas, es un producto comercial, leyendo los ingredientes en la etiqueta como lámbica me parece casi rozar el engaño, mas como bebida agradable la disfruto bastante.
