Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Lindemans Apple is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and apple juice. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sourness of traditional lambic beers

Apple juice! Sweet apple finish, dry front, cool. It's hot.

I'd rather have a proper lambic but this is certainly juicy. Refreshing enough. Interesting paired with Daniel Johnston. Cute lil bottle.

Bottle. Greenish blonde color, hazy. Sweet apples in the aroma. Sweet and sour flavor with apples. Sugary and sticky, yet fairly fresh. Somewhat artificial, hint of aspartame. Drinkable, but too sweet and sticky for my taste.

Smell- weak to medium, apple, apple candy, cider, really feels like apple hard candy, bit artificial for me. Foam- thin, apple, sweetness, soft, sourness (I think previous ones might have dulled my taste), some bitterness. White, medium large, can pour 2.5 into 0.5 straight up. Appearance- clear, yellow, orange a bit, some carbonation inside, not at sides. Taste- apple, sour, acidic, bit of bitter notes.Feels very acidic.
