As expected, wayway way too sweet. Plenty apple juice, even a bit of barnyard, but no tartness whatsoever. Decent soda, though. Not beer.

This pours from capped and corked 12oz bottle a cloudy orange yellow with a small head of foam that soon shrinks to a few islands in the middle and it has some lacing
The smell is delightfully nice of green apple.
The taste tastes of fresh green apples with a slight sweetness and some wheat and yeasty flavour as well. It has a medium body and light carbonation and tastes ever so good. I love green apples. ;^) Man, that fruity flavour lingers on in the aftertaste and I can't help taking another sip or 2 to satisfy my taste buds. Good Fruit beer!

F: medium size, white, not long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: apple, bit sour fruity, bit sugary, bit funky. T: malty, sugary apple, bit lemon sour fruity, bit woody, mainly on the sweet side, good refreshing but not much from lambic character remained there, light to medium body and medium carbonation, enjoyed, 37,5cl bottle from Carrefour market, Route de Marche, Bastogne.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly pale gold, fairly transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is strong of sour apple (granny Smith), a hint of banana, generally fruity. Body is somehow dense, moderate carbonation. Minimal astringency. Taste is a mix of sweet and sour, the former being dominant. Feels less sour than other fruit lambics, as if the brewer wanted to meet the casual drinker halfway. Finish is not long but strong in some feeling.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, large foamy white head, decent retention. Aroma of sweet apple, pale malt, spice. Taste is tart apple, bready malt. Thin.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is sweet candy apples, like those sour apple rings by Haribo, a touch wood. Taste is again sour apple rings, a touch wood. Low to medium natural carbonation. Somehow works for a sweetened apple flavour, but it’s quite weird.
