Backlog. Aroma is of sweet apples and pears with a little spicy smell from the cardamom. The spice is subtle in the flavor, as is the oak. It’s mainly apples and pears. It’s not too too sweet. There’s some dryness in the finish. Decent.

Bottle. Pale gold with lace. Fruity nose of apple, pear, gummy bears. Medium sweet, with pear and lemon and green apple. Decent but not complex in any classic sense. A bit soda-like.

Bottle, smell is at first a tad vinegar then it goes into this home made dry cider nose. Clear, pale. Taste is a little off, could be the additives. Not sure if I like oak's influence on cider. Not as enjoyable as many dry old country ciders. Was hoping for some kind of perry effects here, but they're absent. Lacking. Disappointing. No hint of those smooth refined wax like attributes of real cider. Probably would not try another of these. There, you have it.

clear color. sweet, but not as sweet as many perrys. Very sweet, cloying. the flavor is good, but far too sweet to drink a full bottle, and I can’t imagine having more than one.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a bright golden color with a small foamy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was semi sweet apple flesh and a touch of yeast. The flavor was sweetish apple flesh, pear, almost vanilla, a bit of wood and faint earthiness. Medium length finish. Medium body. Solid.

12 ounce bottle 3/21/16. Clear pale golden, thin fizzy white head that quickly fades. Aroma of pear, apple, ginger, cardamom, oak. The taste is spice, pear, apple, mild oak. Thin bodied, mild lingering spice, low carbonation.

Bottle. A- Apple, pear, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, subtle oak. A- Pale yellow color, clear liquid, no head. T- Apples, pears, clove, cinnamon, medium sweetness, allspice. P- Light body, average texture, high carbonation, O- Not gonna lie, I kind of dig this. I’m not sure I would rush out to buy a six pack of it, but if I was craving a cider, this is probably what I would head for. Refreshing and not cloyingly sweet or unbearable.

12 oz bottle, thanks brenn79. Aroma is minerals, apples and pears, oh my. Minerals, apples and pears, oh my. Knock it off, Dorothy. It’s also a little minerally, oak if I really search for it. Pours pale yellow with a fleeting white head. Taste is fairly tart, a little sweet, some wet dog, a tad dry in the finish. The oak comes through a little, but if it wasn’t mentioned on the label, I don’t think I would have picked it out. Seems like it should be more interesting than this. It’s not bad, though.
