Pitch black color. Nice molasses, soy sauce, salty licorice, dark chocolate, plums and strawberries in the Kose. Amazing nose. Low carbonation, tons of salty licorice Full body. So low carbonationbut lovely. Excellent

Tap at Japan Brewer's Cup 2018. Nose is cocoa and some soy notes, grapes. Rather light and crisp, nice chocolate, soy umami. Still feels too young, but has good potential.
