Tap at Japan Brewer's Cup 2018. Still had a bit of a cold, so my palate may not have been quite right. Dark brown, slightly oily and very cloudy. Looks rough! Nose of caramel, oak, quite woody, grapes, raisins, spicy, caramel or treacle. Sweet and tasty, with a slightly rough tannic woody finish to balance. Enjoyable stuff.

the whiskey and brandy meld immaculately. This is butter whiskey with a slight hint of beer. Oh there is chocolate. Low carbonation. So smooth. Fantastic.
