No head after seconds; clear golden honey colour. Smells more like apples than pear, I would say. Quite sweet, applejuice and/or dried apples from the last season. Nice, fruity, even slightly sourish flavour, even when generally quite sweet. Again, I get rather apples than pear flavour. In the aftertaste I get a very slight sage flavouring (probably wishful thinking). Ends drier, anyway. Light, fizzy. Bit childrens’ drink. Oh well, it’s harmless and not unnice.
