Bottle shared at Wundi, courtesy of explosivedog. Full-on herbal and grass bomb with citric and funky touches and an underlying malty hint. Moderately sour, rather funky and somewhat earthy.

Bottle from Chris D, I think: pours yellow slightly hazy with white head. Aroma is lemon, light funk, minerally notes, other fruitiness. Lemongrass is noticeable but it does not overpower the taste. Nicely rustic and fruity, with mineral and funky notes.

750 ml bottle from the brewery, 9/10/21. Bottled dated 8/20. Golden color, fizzy, with a bright white head. Lemon, grass, hay. Funk. A bit of spice. Clean, with a lively feel. Pretty nice.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear early than hazes up in the late pour, with a fluffy white head on top that fades out fairly quickly. Lovely beer, with restrained funk, moderate lemony tartness, soft herbal-grassy bitterness, background wheat support. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Tart, clean, lightly drying in the finish. Excellent.

750mL bottled May 2017, drunk 10/7/17.
Light-to-minimal haze, brass-straw-golden, well-carbonated with a large, rapidly falling head that settles at cover.
Mixed culture nose is tart, lightly juicy and shows modest oak, no toast and soft mineral and light citrus on the finish. Lemongrass is not overdone and not easily picked out from the nose, which is nice. Base malts mix with more rustic grain notes to easily balance and light lactic acidity persists with no alcohol or flaw.
Soft, malty texture with good dryness, lots of tart bacterial acidity as well as oak and light lemongrass. It achieves a good balance with the honey-like malt notes but obviously tends dry, tart and a bit grainy on the finish. Tight, engaging, natural carbonation helps add to the texture and overall presentation. Very much in the vein of Hill, of course, and impossible to not appreciate/enjoy if you like their beers.

Bottle thanks to Vin! Pours clear golden, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly with decent lacing. Aroma is lemongrass, grassy, brett, dusty. Flavor is very light tart, light funk, dusty, mineral, lemon and citrus notes, a bit of field grass. Light body, soft carbonation. Very nice and elegant.
