Ushitora Otoko Ume Summer 5% 15 IBU Tap at Craft Beer Holiday. A gold salmon pink color with a fizzy white head and a nice tart ume aroma and flavor. Quite acidic but medium bodied and satisfying. On a hot sunny day get this instead of lemonade. 3.7-8 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Komachi. Glowing, slightly hazy deep red with lace. Nose is ume, shiso, cherry. Nice. flavor is lightly sour, lots of rich plum. Tasty but very cocktail like, or maybe like a sweetened lambic.
