Bottled. Estery nose, honey, oranges, some spicy Belgian yeast. Deep golden color with lace. Phenolic, peppery flavor, strong alcohol, peaches, honey and some rubber. Quite hot and very oxidized but still fun.

A hazed dark amber ale with a thick big bubbled light mocha head. In aroma, loads of barrel notes, woody character, light licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet caramel malt with vinous notes, treacle, piney and resinous hops, woody character, licorice notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Brother’s Beer Bistro.
