WICKED LEMON
– CITRIC WHEAT SAISON –
This wheat beer is dry-hopped with loads of Citra, Sorachi Ace and kafir lime. The tropical lemon-blend gets extra wicked due to the addition of pink pepper berries and a saison-yeast.

Tap at L.I.B.Leiden: Hazy yellow colored brew with an dry bitter start and then the sweet comes in, also some fine faintly hints of lemon.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een ietswat oranje geel bier met een dunne schuimkraag. Het heeft een limoen geur. De smaak is bitter, limoenachtig en zuur. Beetje teveel limoen.

[ As Neobosski Wicked Lemon ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, sweet citrus, lemon. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is herbal, rosemary and thyme, some biscuity malts. Taste is rosemary, nettles, herbal, ethereal finish. Medium carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Nice.

Bottle at the pre borefts tasting. Pours hazy orange, nose is lemon, floral, butter, taste is dry, Rosemary, lemon, fizzy.

Draft at oproer. Golden pour. Aroma of grassy hop, lime, citrus and some tart. Taste has tart lime, grassy hop, wheat and a dry lime finish. Solid.

Tap at NBPF. Very hazy light golden with small white head. Some lemon, lots of weird herbs, some flowers, dough, lemongrass, green leaves. Medium sweet and bitter.
