Poured from the tap @ hotel bar. Clear gold with small white head. Biscuit malt, mild pine hops, balanced, though not a ton of depth.

Bit of garlic. Quite thick. Not fresh apparently.

Tap @ Watering Hole, Tokyo. Pours golden, clear, little foam on the top. Fresh resiny nose, good fruitiness, tropical. tastes hoppy, bit unbalanced, somewhat vegetable/forward bitter edge to it. Relatively light and dry, light resiny beer. Was expecting something more.

On tap at Culmination, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is loaded with piney hops upfront, backed with biscuity malt. Uber piney hoppiness on the finish. Excellent.

This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a thin white foamy head that dissipated at a quick pace. Barely any lacing.
The aroma starts off with sweet danky onion over top of sweet papaya, guava, pineapple to run into each other mainly in a sweet sort of sly breadiness underneath.
The flavor bridges the gap between the a nice sweetness to bitterness coming about. Balanced aftertaste swarming into a sweet to underscored bitter sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonation rides nice and low.
Overall, it’s a good American IPA that I would have again.

Draught @ Bailey’s Taproom, Portland, OR. Pours orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, grapefruit, citrus, tropical notes, pine and grass. Taste is sweetish, juicy and slightly stuffy with some fruits, grass, pine and citrus. Finish is crisp, hoppy and grassy with some citrus, pine and grapefruit. A bit too sweet.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong dank and tropical fruit. Medium mouth, pine, dank hop, grapefruit, crushable, very good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear orange color with a medium white head. A light fruity nose. The flavor is sweet toasted malt, yeasty, banana, pepper. Like a Belgian ipa sort of. Very good.
