Not everything in your life has to be in a damn hurry.

Try our northern German-inspired Pils. It is strikingly pale, crisp and bitter. It is softly malty, aromatic and crushable. Really, this beer is the reason we brew anything. We take 30 hours to make this on the brew day, and then we lager it until anyone with any normal sense of perspective would say "enough already."

If you're at the bar and it takes a little longer than normal, go with it. It's called Slow Pour for a reason. If it gets to you without the head above the rim of the glass, then we will have failed you.

On tap at the brewery taproom. Clear golden with large white head. Malty, bit grainy, quite sweet, soft texture, vague citrus. Somewhat watery. Light bodied. Not my thing I guess, not getting the slow pour thing.

Draught @ Bierstadt, Denver, CO. A proper, grassy and earthy, hoppy pils with some hay and crispy malts. Well balanced and quaffable.

Sample at Hops & Pie during the "GABF Week, CSA Portfolio Tasting" on 10/04/2017. Clear yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of mildly spiced hops, fruit and malt. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap at the Lagerhaus. Thanks for sharing, Cubs and Leighton! Pours a clear, bright gold color, with a big, frothy, white head. The nose is smooth, resinous hops, white sugar, honeysuckle, and caramel. Lovely, balanced flavor. Light body, with a crisp, clean finish. This is a very well made, refreshing, and sessionable pils.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear yellow-gold with some effervescence and a dense, ready white head. Grassy hops and crispy pale grains in the nose. Light sweet flavour with soft grassy bitterness, more pale bread, biscuits, subtle bitterness. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Great balance in the finish, more grass, crisp hay. Excellent pils.

Draft. Yellow body with a big, white head, lasting. Aroma of toasted grain, floral hops, herbs, light lemon and grass. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. On the sweet side, but clean. It’s right on the edge between delicate and too thin. Enough flavor of grass, lemon and floral hops to keep it from falling into the lite pit. Enjoyable.
