Not everything in your life has to be in a damn hurry.

Try our northern German-inspired Pils. It is strikingly pale, crisp and bitter. It is softly malty, aromatic and crushable. Really, this beer is the reason we brew anything. We take 30 hours to make this on the brew day, and then we lager it until anyone with any normal sense of perspective would say "enough already."

If you're at the bar and it takes a little longer than normal, go with it. It's called Slow Pour for a reason. If it gets to you without the head above the rim of the glass, then we will have failed you.

Can from Bierstadt. Thank Adam. Pours a clear, light straw color with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Lovely crackery malt aromas with notes of mineral and stone with lemon and noble hop notes. Crisp and clean on the palate...snappy finish with lingering mineral, cracker, honey and peppery hops. Delicious.

16oz can thanks to Steve. Clean golden pour, small white frothy head. Aroma is where it needs to be, grainy, crisp, some cereal notes. Taste brings some meadow, grassy notes and a clean hoppy bite. Pretty good.

Not the best in the world. But one of the best in america. It doesn’t have the straight noble hop flavor of the best. Bierstadt denver

On tap at the brewery taproom. Clear golden with large white head. Malty, bit grainy, quite sweet, soft texture, vague citrus. Somewhat watery. Light bodied. Not my thing I guess, not getting the slow pour thing.

Draught @ Bierstadt, Denver, CO. A proper, grassy and earthy, hoppy pils with some hay and crispy malts. Well balanced and quaffable.

Sample at Hops & Pie during the "GABF Week, CSA Portfolio Tasting" on 10/04/2017. Clear yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of mildly spiced hops, fruit and malt. Light body with flavors of grassy hops, fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
