Very hazy chalk white golden color. Very yeasty nose, but fairly undistinguished. Hoppy dirty but balanced and enjoyable. Kinda what a saison might taste like from a second teir brewery in the NE. Very drinkable.

Tap at the brewpub. Nose of grapefruit, cat piss, some onion, Belgian yeast spiciness. Cloudy golden orange with a fine, low head. Flavor os stone fruits, biscuits, and some dankness. Nice tartness, and quite estery. Smooth nice body and bitter finish. Well done. Good use of Mosaic.
