Bottle at home. Pours pinkish amber with frothy pink head. Aroma of raspberries, earth, lemon, funk, cheese. Taste sour and salty with lots of fruit.

Tap@Borefts 2016, Bodegraven - red coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is medium sour raspberry fruity and wheaty, light malt, yeasty, slight wooden notes, tart fruity finish.

330 ml bottle from Etre Gourmet, bb Apr 2018.
Amber-pink, hazy body, with a big, quickly dissipating, frothy, slightly pink head.
Aroma of raspberries, earth, medium funk, apples, citrus, some pears, some cheese.
Tastes of funk, raspberries, cherries, citrus, apples, earth, some sugar.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a fizzy carbonation.
Finishes medium sour, medium funky, fruity, earthy, with lots of lingering raspberries.

Nice one. Very fresh, with a nice, raw, earthy fruitiness and the right level of sourness. Didn’t really get the oak though. Maybe not the most complex style example, but enjoyable nonetheless.

[9/23/16] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2016 in Bodegraven. Day one. Nice pink-orange. Lovely raspberry aroma with lacto. Tart lactic raspberry flavor. Quite light-bodied. Great and refreshing.

0,33l bottle at home from Etre Gourmet (thanks Saeglopur). BB 04/2018. light gusher this one. redish / pink quite hazy color, small pink head. smells of cherries, raspberries, some funk, light wood, spices, light barnyard. lovely smell. light body, rather bubbly carbonation, bubbly mouthfeel. tastes of cherries, raspberries, some citric notes, quite a bit of funk, spices, light ketchup notes, some barnyard, lightly sour. finishes rather acidic, quite dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, cherries and some funk. lovely beer just a touch too overcarbonated.

Bottle 100616. Red colour with a pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, yeast, citrus, wheat. Flavour is raspberries, fruit, yeast, citrus, wheat. Nice beer.

At BBF, cloudy and a little intense pinkidh color, lots of raspberry in aroma with some minerals and a hint of bread, strong fresh raspberry flavor, strong But mellow sourness. Very good.
