Appearance: Clear amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, caramel, spices, hops, bread.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, spices, grass, fruit, some alcohol.

Flaska från SB. En relativt stiltypisk vetebock i sydtysk stil i den lite alkoholsvagare delen av spektrat vilket gör att den funkar riktigt bra till husman. Bra kropp, typiska karaktärsdrag av banan, nejlika, jäst, vetesyrlighet, välbalanserad sötma. Riktigt trevlig.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ pre TEODRBSG15 ] @ fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Ängöl 5 ].Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, sweet malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana notes, vegetables - rotten fruit, smoke notes, alcohol notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt - yeast, phenol, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic - phenol. Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Hazed orange amber with a light beige covering. Nose is bread dough, bitter orange, light spice, hint of yeast. Taste comprises dark fruit rinds, yeast esters, orange, clove, bready. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Whelming.

Cloudy brown colour with rich but brief head. Aroma of bubblegum, banana, caramel. Sweet taste with soapy mouthfeel. Taste is more banana, peppery, caramel and bubblegum.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy orange brown with a small hazy tan head. Aroma of light fruits, citrus, malt, veg and yeast. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter with a touch of sourness. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, caramel and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with a little alcohol. 280815
